We are approaching the beginning of the third quarter of 2023. I’ll be announcing some exciting changes and new opportunities as I’m completely redesigning my Quarterly Review Workbook and Workshop — and moving it to a new platform between now and July 1.

Use code SUMMER2023 now to get in on all the fun by purchasing my 2023 Quarterly Review Workshop or Quarterly Review Workshop Annual Pass for 50% off. You’ll get access to all the new community events and benefits as soon as they are released later in June 2023. Clicking the link in the article should automatically apply the coupon for you.

We are also approaching the Summer Solstice and while not formerly the starting point of a new quarter, I love to overlap the third quarter of the year with a “design your summer” activity. If you’re a long-time reader, it will be no surprise this is taken from one of my favorite writers and podcasters — Gretchen Rubin. Rubin was inspired to discuss the idea behind “Design Your Summer” based on a quote from Robertson Davies:

Every man makes his own summer. The season has no character of its own, unless one is a farmer with a professional concern for the weather. Circumstances have not allowed me to make a good summer for myself this year…My summer has been overcast by my own heaviness of spirit. I have not had any adventures, and adventures are what make a summer.
