Gather Your Resources for Your Learning Project — Part 4 — Free Online Tutorials/Courses

Welcome back to the series on defining and implementing your learning goals. Today we’re looking at the third of our resources — online communities. I’m going to divide Online Courses into several categories so you’ll see them again at different places and price ranges during the series. Today, we’re focusing only on those that are free.

Quality: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

There is an amazing wealth of free learning content online. Everything from YouTube Channels to Khan Academy to initiatives like Girls Who Code that include free learning content on their website is available to us just for the cost of a search and some reviewing of resources.

So, as you’re building your learning project resource list, don’t forget about these free resources.

While it could seem obvious, just adding the word “free” to a Google Search to learn about your topic can provide a wealth of additional resources. I just took my own advice and tried this with my latest learning goal — to build exercises using Acceptance and Commitment Training that I can use in my coaching business.
