You're right - I didn't adequately explain that in either article. A Daily Meeze is a 30-ish minute daily planning process that is described in Dan Charnas's book Everything in its Place (it also goes by the name Work Clean in some locations). Meeze comes from mise-en-place which is a culinary term/system/philosophy for how a cook prepares, , uses process and, is present in their work. Charnas ports that system/philosophy into the world of work. It's an excellent book.
